I arrived early and my room was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. Check in was easy, parking was easy, lift straight up to the room levels from the carpark. Location- super close to Wollongong Central shopping centre. Literally across the road. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby The restaurant downstairs- there was no room service so I called to ask if I could get a takeaway pizza. They were very busy when I'd walked through earlier and was hoping to go down and pick it up when it was ready. When I said I was staying at the hotel, the nice young man was very nice and said he'd bring it my room and a wine glass (that I asked for). Great pizza. I wish I could have tried the pasta too! The rooms are quite small, but still very comfortable. Great price for great quality, just don't expect total luxury.

One of the most kindest professionals, Amber, greeted my 3 year old and myself with the warmest welcome, no worries about the time at all. The entire staff of this hotel are top-notch, super kind, and playful spirits towards my daughter. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future. Easy access to secure underground car parking.
